Renters' Reform
- The Renters Reform Bill has had substantial changes as it has worked its way through Parliament. It is expected to be passed this year so ensure you are ready for the changes.
Council tax disaggregation
- The council tax payment rules have hanged for almost all houses in multiple occupation. Are you up to speed with the new rules and prepared to defend your landlord's interests? False information on this is easy to find on the web.
Right to Rent
- Some Right to Rent penalties have increased by over 6,000%. This makes getting Right to Rent correct far more important. In the last year some of the other rules and requirements have also changed making it essential to understand what to do to comply.
