  • Renters’ Rights Act Phase 2 - Autumn Course Are Available

Do you know why your landlords don’t have to pay to be on the database till November 2027?
If not, you need to come on this training. This applies regardless of the area in which you live too.

The Register Your Rental Property database goes live on the 15th December 2026 and all landlords and properties have to be registered by 15th November 2027. However, in some regions, you have to be registered earlier. Properties in different regions have different deadlines.

We will explain it all, including why all landlords should start getting registered from the 15 December, regardless of where their properties are. We will explain in simple maths why this is a 335 year job for the industry, and that does not count self-managing landlords. With so much work to do, having lots of time, and the fee income, to get it done, will be absolutely key.

Additionally we will be explaining where we are with the landlord redress scheme and covering the new section 13 (we have already seen one thrown out as the notice was not valid) and section 8 notices across the different grounds. Even if you never serve a notice, you cannot give sound advice to a landlord without understanding what serving the notice involves.

If you want to be ahead of the curve, you need to be on this course. The training on all the dates we are offering will be completed well before any landlord is required to be on the system. Spaces may be limited so book HERE early to secure your place.

  • Notice Product

We are now offering a Document Checking Service as well as Preparation and service for Section 8 Notice (Grounds 1, 1A, 8, and Grounds 10 & 11 where Ground 8 is also relied upon), RHW16, RHW20 and RHW23 and checking of Form N5, Form N119

    • Pass the cost as a disbursement to the landlord
    • Avoid the risks associated with a defective notice
    • Do less work and make more money! Yes, you can…

It is totally free to sign up to, you only pay for the notices you need served. You give us the details of the tenancy, we produce the notice with the correct dates and serve it by first class post on your behalf.

Why should I use this in my business?

    • Confidence that the notice will be served correctly as per the information provided
    • Cost effective, time saving method of serving notices
    • Reduced risk of court rejecting incorrect notices, if the case is thrown out it could cost hundreds of pounds
    • TFP complete, post, retain proof of postage and we also keep copies for 13 months. A complete system to look after you

To sign up for free, click HERE and “purchase” the product from the TFP shop (it costs nothing). There will be no cost or charge. It is a requirement that we have in place signed data processing agreement, signed terms and conditions and you already have in place a direct debit (or set it up at the time or signing up to the service) so that we can bill you when you request a notice.
