Cost: £365 VAT per year, payable in advance. This cost covers subscription to the Provider’s Tenancy Agreements, Management Forms, Helpline Enquiry Service and Letting Update Journal. As free extras, the subscriber will also receive Electrical Safety Instructions and a subscription to Property Matters.
Publication Details:Regarding Letting Update Journal and Property Matters, the subscription includes 4 quarterly issues. Subscriptions will start with the next available new edition. Back issues are made available to subscribers.

TENANCY AGREEMENT AND NOTICES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Tenancy Agreement and Notices Pack will be provided to the Licensee on the following terms and conditions.
1.The licence provides for use of the TFP tenancy agreement and notices by the Licensee only for the agreed period.
2.The licence is only available for the nominated office and cannot be used by other offices unless an additional licence is purchased.
3.A current TFP tenancy agreement and notices pack will be made available to download from the TFP website for the duration of the licence. Where possible, TFP will email the licence holder to make them aware of an updated version of the documents. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that the email held on the TFP website is valid and updated whenever possible - TFP accepts no liability should a licensee use an older version of any documents.
4.The licensee agrees to read all the documents in the tenancy agreement pack, to include the tenancy agreement notes & read me document, before use. Should there be any need of assistance in downloading or using the documents, please email documents@tfponline.co.uk or call 01258 85 85 85.
5.TFP do not guarantee the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the content supplied in the documents. It is the licensee’s responsibility to select the correct documents. The licensee should take legal advice or other appropriate professional advice regarding this if uncertain. Likewise, completion of any tildes or alternatives is entirely the licensee’s responsibility and, again, if need be legal advice should be taken. TFP cannot accept any responsibility or liability if the wrong document or content is used or if any information which is inserted is incorrect.
6.Copyright remains at all times with TFP and on expiry of the licence the licensee must cease using the agreements and notices in the pack.
MANAGEMENT FORMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The TFP Management Forms will be provided to the Licensee on the following terms and conditions.
1.The licence provides for use of the TFP management forms by the Licensee only for the agreed period.
2.The licence is only available for the nominated office and cannot be used by other offices unless an additional licence is purchased.
3.A current TFP management forms pack will be made available to download from the TFP website for the duration of the licence. Where possible, TFP will email the licence holder to make them aware of an updated version of the documents. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that the email held on the TFP website is valid and updated whenever possible - TFP accepts no liability should a licensee use an older version of any documents.

HELPLINE ENQUIRY SERVICE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Open Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (except public holidays)
Helpline Services are provided on the following terms and conditions.
1.All questions received either by phone or email will be answered within 2 working days of receipt.
2.The purchaser will ensure that the full property file and the relevant account on any property management system will be immediately available when utilising the phone call option.
3.The purchaser when utilising the email option will only provide one single email which outlines the problem and the relevant question to be answered. TFP cannot accept lengthy email correspondence between the purchaser and third parties.
4.The purchaser will be provided with a reference number for each helpline question received which must be given in any email or at the commencement of a phone call if further advice is required.
5.All our advice is given in good faith and is based solely upon the information supplied by the helpline user during the call/email. TFP cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by helpline subscribers or their clients if inaccurate or incomplete information is given. TFP will try whenever possible to clarify information provided by the helpline user to ensure that the appropriate advice is given.
6.All advice given is specific to the question being given at that time to TFP. TFP accepts no liability where that advice is used in other situations.
7.The helpline service will only provide assistance on the following matters:
Housing Act Tenancies
Housing Act Notices (not completing)
Statute and Common Law repairing obligations
Deposit Compliance/Right to Rent/Houses of Multiple Occupation
We will advise you if a subject raised is outside our expertise and, where possible, advise of suitable alternative assistance. Our expertise is around the letting and management of residential properties on assured shorthold tenancies.
8.The helpline service fee is limited to one office per registered company. If you require the service for other offices within your network, an additional fee of £175 per annum per office will be payable.
9.Helpline advice is provided for subscribers and not to their clients. TFP will not accept any liability for losses incurred by clients of helpline subscribers based on their advice.
10.The TFP Helpline service is not designed to provide basic training and should be treated as a first line support service to you and your staff. A fair usage policy will apply. If you require training, please speak to a helpline team member for a price.
11.A paper or digital record of calls may be kept.
LETTING UPDATE JOURNAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Letting Update Journal will be provided to the subscriber on the following terms and conditions.
1.The subscription is only available for the nominated office and cannot be used by other offices unless an additional subscription is purchased.
2.TFP accept no liability for the accuracy of the information beyond that of the publication date.
3.Copyright remains at all times with TFP. No part of the journal may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying and recording, without the permission of the publishers. Such written permission must also be obtained before any part of the publication is stored on a retrieval system of any nature.
PROPERTY MATTERS

Property Matters will be provided to the Licensee on the following terms and conditions.
1.The licence provides for use of the Property Matters publication by the Licensee only for the agreed period.
2.The licence is only available for the nominated office and cannot be used by other offices unless an additional licence is purchased.
3.TFP accept no liability for the accuracy of the information beyond that of the publication date.
4.Copyright remains at all times with TFP and on expiry of the licence the licensee must cease using all publications of Property Matters.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Electrical Safety Instructions will be provided to the Licensee on the following terms and conditions.
1.The licence provides for use of the instructions by the Licensee only.
2.The licence is only available for the nominated office and cannot be used by other offices or companies unless an additional licence is purchased.
3.The Licensee understands that the instructions provided are of a generic nature and not specific to any make or model.
4.Copyright remains at all times with TFP.
