    The TFP Tenancy Agreement has been developed with expert knowledge of lettings best practice. Our agreement has been protecting agents from legislative pitfalls for years, for example our agreement predicted the ‘Superstrike Judgement’ of 2013 and agents correcting using the agreement were not liable for the related penalties.

    We are delighted to announce a free to sign up for service for the creation and service of section 21 and section 8 notices . Only pay for the notices you need served. You give us the details of the tenancy (we provide a sheet to fill in the right information), we produce the notice with the correct dates and serve it by first class post on your behalf. If you want to serve it yourself, simply indicate this on the information form and we will email you a PDF for printing and serving yourself.

    The benefits of using this service are:
