Renters’ Rights Act Phase 2 - Autumn Course Are Available

Do you know why your landlords don’t have to pay to be on the database till November 2027?
If not, you need to come on this training. This applies regardless of the area in which you live too.

The Register Your Rental Property database goes live on the 15th December 2026 and all landlords and properties have to be registered by 15th November 2027. However, in some regions, you have to be registered earlier. Properties in different regions have different deadlines.

We will explain it all, including why all landlords should start getting registered from the 15 December, regardless of where their properties are. We will explain in simple maths why this is a 335 year job for the industry, and that does not count self-managing landlords. With so much work to do, having lots of time, and the fee income, to get it done, will be absolutely key.

Additionally we will be explaining where we are with the landlord redress scheme and covering the new section 13 (we have already seen one thrown out as the notice was not valid) and section 8 notices across the different grounds. Even if you never serve a notice, you cannot give sound advice to a landlord without understanding what serving the notice involves.

If you want to be ahead of the curve, you need to be on this course. The training on all the dates we are offering will be completed well before any landlord is required to be on the system. Spaces may be limited so book HERE early to secure your place.
